What kind of Support is available and how do I access Support?

If you have not created an account for our support portal before, you can easily create an account directly through our portal following these steps:

 

  1. Visit the link https://support.totogi.com
  2. In the upper right-hand corner click “Sign in”
  3. In the new pop-up window select “Sign up”
  4. After filling in your full name and email address you will receive an email to confirm your email address.
