To create a ticket through our portal, login to the portal, click on “Submit a ticket” and select as a product “Totogi Marketplace”. After filling in the fields you can hit the Submit button which will create your ticket.
Ticket updates are provided through our support portal. Once an update to your request has been provided an email is sent. Log in to our support portal to see the latest update and provide feedback.
